Seasons: An incredible look at Colorado football

A year long project from @CU_Video is finally ready to enjoy.

I was afforded the opportunity to check out Seasons a bit early but wasn't able to watch it until Sunday night. I had seen all of the kind words on Twitter about how great the film was but I had seen the fantastic work that CU Video has done this season, I already knew what to expect.

But this is a whole other level. The Colorado video team has encapsulated the passion, dreams and love for the Buffaloes in a beautiful and engaging way. Just watch. And then watch it again.

From the video description:

"Seasons", the story of a dream. From toddler to adult and the lifetime experience of being a Colorado Buffalo.

This is our biggest and most challenging project yet. We are very proud of all the hard work and dedication that has gone in to the final product. The production of "Seasons" has helped make us better cinematographers, photographers, writers, editors, audio recording and sound designers.

Some interesting facts: Over 300 man hours, 14 Terabytes of raw footage, and over 10,000 photos have gone in to the making of "Seasons". We started planning and working on this short film in early February 2013 and 10 months later we are proud to be able to share it with you.

You can learn more about the impetus for the video and how it all came together in this interview with Jamie Guy and John Snelson.

Also, if you can't figure out who the "anonymous Colorado alum" is that does that narrating you may want to start watching more college football...
