We’re a month away from The Tournament (TBT) tipping off, but Team Colorado is more than ready to begin their quest for the $2,000,000 grand prize they barely missed out on last summer. TBT released the designs of each of the 60 teams in the competition, including the sharply dressed Team Colorado.
Here’s what Marcus Hall, Josh Scott, Chris Copeland and other great alumni will be wearing this summer:

The jerseys are rather simplistic, but these sets are fantastic. Everything looks clean, there’s a great balance of black and gold (a far cry from the eyesores they wore last year), and the striping on the sides looks terrific. The number font and nameplate could be improved upon, but those seems to be TBT’s overarching signature on the uniforms, which you can see on other teams’ uniforms.
If you wish Team Colorado would’ve had a less simplistic uniform, you should be happy they didn’t get too creative. Elsewhere in TBT, Air Force Bomb Squad, Kimchi Express (great team name) and Mostly Sports Delco all demonstrate the horrors of having an over-developed design, and we should take the time to make fun of them — especially Air Force — for such egregious choices.
The Tournament starts for the Buffs alumni on July 15 in Las Vegas. TBT’s bracket hasn’t yet been set for Team Colorado, but we’ll update when we find out.
