Head Coach: Jim Mora (2nd season as head coach at UCLA, former head coach, Atlanta Falcons/Seattle Seahawks)
Offensive Coordinator: Noel Mazzone (2nd season as offensive coordinator at UCLA)
Defensive Coordinator: Lou Spanos (2nd season as defensive coordinator at UCLA)
Key Players: RB Jordon James, Jr (463 yards, 5 TD's), QB Brett Hundley, So (1725 yards, 14 TD's, 8 interceptions), WR Shaquelle Evans, Sr (340 yards, 5 TD's)
The Lowdown: UCLA came out of the gate fast with five straight wins, including two on the road against Utah and #23 Nebraska, but ran into a buzzsaw when they had to face Stanford and Oregon away from home in back-to-back games. This UCLA team is a squad on the rise in head coach Jim Mora's second season and like Arizona State they have had the Buffs number the last two seasons. Brett Hundley is quickly becoming a star at the quarterback position and while the offensive line is banged up, there are still plenty of weapons on offense that can make teams pay.
