The Buffaloes have been dealing with an abundance of injuries all season long, missing multiple starters on both sides of the ball in their recent home loss to the Wildcats. Now an offensive line that was hoping to keep the lineup consistent as much as possible has taken a temporary hit.
#cubuffs OL Colby Pursell is out indefinitely as he will have surgery to have his gallbladder removed. Pursell started the first 4 games at RG but did not play last week against Arizona.— Brian Howell (@BrianHowell33) October 8, 2019
Colby Pursell will be out indefinitely after having a surgery to have his gallbladder removed. He started the first quarter of the season at right guard. Recovery from a laparoscopic gallbladder removal is typically just a couple of weeks but it remains to be seen how long it will be before Pursell can start practicing again. Casey Roddick started in his place against Arizona.
