The Colorado Buffaloes always look good. With their color scheme and sleek design, seemingly every uniform combination is better than the last. For their home opener on Saturday against Texas State, the Buffs will wear white helmets, silver jerseys and white pants. It’s a combo we’ve never seen before, but, as expected, it will definitely look sharp.

Some would find it problematic that the Buffs are wearing light-colored uniforms in a home game, but I would argue that who cares, it looks good. And it’s going to be hot on Saturday, so cooler jerseys make for cooler players, and can you imagine Juwann Winfree and Isaiah Oliver being any cooler?
The Buffs will take the field behind Ralphie in her 50th Anniversary run. To celebrate this wondrous occasion, there will be special field decals, with the 50th anniversary logo emblazoned twice on the field.
Huge shout out to @CUBuffsTurf for doing something special for #Ralphie50. Finished product will be revealed this Saturday. #GoBuffs pic.twitter.com/TZ64v4aB9y
