The Colorado Buffaloes will take the field against the #15 Washington State Cougars in a uniform combination we haven’t seen in almost two years. For their 8:45 p.m. game on ESPN, the Buffs will bust out these winter-themed beauties:

For those of you that struggle like me to tell colors apart, the Buffs are wearing silver helmets, white jerseys and white pants. I initially thought these were the Stormtrooper uniforms CU wore in their 2016 win at Oregon, but this week’s upset will be done in sets we haven’t seen since the Buffs played at Utah in 2015. (Jordan Gehrke started that game, lol.)
The last time the Buffs played the Cougars, they also wore silver helmets in a thrilling 38-24 win last season. Hopefully the CU defense can shut down Luke Falk like they did a year ago and hopefully Phillip Lindsay can run as well as he did in his 144-yard effort.
