Nembot putting in work towards making the NFL

Stephane Nembot hoping his hard work pays off during this offseason

Former Colorado Buffaloes offensive lineman Stephane Nembot shows off his brute strength as he works towards making the final 53 man roster for the Baltimore Ravens. He's been working out with Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Julius Thomas on improving his agility at The Factory Training in San Fernando, California. The Factory is a world-class gym known for training some of most elite talents in the NFL under the direction of famous strength coach Mike Guevara.

Nembot and Thomas have been working out together everyday while taking a break before training camp for their respective teams. Nembot participated in the Ravens OTA's in May and will be reporting for camp later this month. The 6-foot-7, 320 pound lineman also enjoys kickboxing as part of him workout regimen. Thomas, a five-year veteran in the NFL, enters his second season with the Jaguars after signing as a free agent from the Denver Broncos. Many remember him as one of Peyton Manning's favorite targets for the Broncos record-breaking 2013 season.
