The No. 12 Colorado Buffaloes (8-2, 6-1 Pac-12) took care of business in the Arizona desert and now head back home for the remainder of the season. Next up, #TheRise welcomes the Pac-12 North Division leading No. 23 Washington State Cougars.
The clash for Pac-12 supremacy kicks off at 1:30 p.m. MT on Saturday with a national broadcast airing on FOX. Forever Buff Joel Klatt returns to Folsom as an analyst for the broadcast with play-by-play from Gus Johnson and Shannon Spake working the sidelines.
The Cougars leaped ahead of the No. 4 Washington Huskies to take control in the north following an upset by the No. 20 USC Trojans and will try to give Colorado their first home loss of the season.
ESPN Gameday will not be coming to Boulder next week. The decision makers for the popular Saturday morning show thought undefeated Western Michigan would be a better backdrop than the foothills (and they are oh so wrong).
Nonetheless, the Buffaloes roll on with momentum as they look for a fifth straight win against a conference opponent.
Now’s the time to sellout Folsom and show support to the Buffs on their potential Pac-12 South title run.
