Reports are coming quickly that the Colorado Buffaloes have found their man to take over the head coaching position. San Jose State's Mike MacIntyre will be heading east to Boulder after turning around the Spartans program.

Thus ends our embarrassing search to replace Jon Embree, a bungled exercise that earned national attention and ridicule. MacIntyre is a hire that should be applauded for Colorado. It can easily be argued that MacIntyre is a much better fit for this program and he is certainly a much smaller flight risk than Butch Jones would have been.
