This fall just keeps getting better. Football is balling out of their minds, basketball looks to be keeping pace, women’s soccer got to the second round of the NCAA tournament, volleyball was ranked at one point this year with a brand new coach, and cross country was as dominant as ever.
Now, another women’s team with a brand new coach looks to be doing much better. The women’s basketball team, lead by the energetic JR Payne, have started 3-0 after knocking off #15 Kentucky in Boulder. That same night, they got even better news. Mykasa Robinson, sister of Alexis Robinson and a bonafide five-star, committed to the Buffs after they knocked off her home-state Wildcats. Robinson is one of the biggest recruits in any sport the last few years, and as a dominant point guard, she will serve as the bedrock for success in 2018 and beyond. Robinson is a great distributor and smooth off the dribble, and playing behind Kennedy Leonard will certainly serve her well, as well as the Buffs.
Blessed to say I've committed to the University of Colorado! Thank you to everyone who has recruited me. #blessed pic.twitter.com/oHgkng01qW
