Montanta. Lemonious-Craig. MLC. This player is a star already, and good luck fitting that name into the back of his uniform. Montana Lemonious-Craig is another player from the Los Angeles area, which is and always will be a focus for the Colorado Buffaloes. A lot of Colorado Football’s best players come from Los Angeles, for good reason. It’s loaded with talent. One of those talent’s is Montana Lemonious-Craig.
MLC comes to Boulder by way of Inglewood High School right in the middle of Los Angeles. As a senior, he led one of the biggest turnaround in the country at Inglewood High School, and he played both ways. MLC stands at 6-2 and 185 pounds, so as an athlete, he is at wide receiver and safety for the team. As a recruit, he chose the Buffs over a lot of the Pac-12, including Cal.
Lemonious-Craig is a complete athlete, man. A common thread with this class is complete body control and coordination, and MLC has that in spades. He is great at highpointing the ball, on offense and defense, and uses his smooth athleticism to bully defensive backs. He will factor in at wide receiver to start for CU, but he can play either way, and he will play early.
