The Colorado Buffaloes were probably the first team in the country to receive an official National Letter of Intent when Josh Watts signed his last night. Because Australia exists outside the rules of space and time and also international law, Watts faxed his intention to play for the Buffs early, and everyone accepted it.
We have our first NLI in for the 2020 class! Congrats to @Joshm_Watts! Welcome to Boulder! #GoBuffs pic.twitter.com/cQzlAGa01D

Look, I’m not going to pretend to know what a good punter looks like on tape, but I know this. Alex Kinney was one of the best players on the team in 2019, and replacing him is going to be a large task. Josh Watts is Australian (good punter trait: check), can rugby punt (good punter trait: check), and is younger than James Stefanou. He checks all my boxes.
Welcome, Josh!
