The Buffs are showing up big time the past few days. After going 2/2 on junior college prospects yesterday, CU has added another one today. Josh McMullen, an offensive tackle for East Central Community College in Mississippi, has committed to the 2018 class.
McMullen is an interesting prospect. He was committed to Austin Peay, a new FCS power, before CU offered. After CU offered, Central Florida and others started sniffing around. He visited last weekend (with the other Junior College commits), and that was enough to sway him.
McMullen moves well for his size and has gained a lot of pounds recently. He was less than 250 pounds in high school and has bulked up quick. He has 4 to play 3, and should contribute immediately to the depth. When he gains weight, he’ll be able to move well and move some weight around.
