Staying Home: Offensive guard Tim Lynott commits to the Buffaloes

The Buffs have landed one of the top players in the state.

Doug Pensinger

The Colorado Buffaloes have landed a huge verbal commit from Regis Jesuit offensive guard Tim Lynott. Lynott instantly becomes the Buffs highest rated verbal and keeps one of the best and most recruited players in the state here at home. He had offers from Oregon, UCLA Arizona State, Kansas State, and Miami among others. Lynott committed during a visit to the University this Saturday.

Lynott is 6-foot-4, 295-pounds and was a first-team 5A all-conference selection. His commitment is a big, big win for Mike MacIntyre and his staff and their commitment to landing the best in-state players at Colorado.

Welcome aboard, Tim!
