WR Lee Walker decides to become a Buffalo

Walker committed to Arizona last season but did not qualify.

Both Buff Stampede and Buff Playbook are reporting that the Colorado Buffaloes head coach Mike MacIntyre has pulled off three new verbal commits today in what has amounted to a huge recruiting weekend for the Buffaloes. Lee Walker is a 6-foot, 170-pound athlete who signed with Arizona last season on signing day. After failing to qualify Walker to took time to reassess his options and after earning a qualifying score has decided to become a Buff.

A first team all-state selection, Walker averaged more than 18 yards per catch during his senior season, catching 41 balls for 755 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also played defensive back and gained 1,030 yards as a returner on special teams.

He becomes becomes the eighteenth commitment in the Buffaloes 2014 class.
