Buffaloes Come In at No. 27 in Coaches Poll

New, 5 comments

The Buffs aren't ranked in the Top 25, but sit right on the fringes of the poll.

Joshua S. Kelly-US PRESSWIRE

The USA Today Coaches Poll is out and, a bit disappointingly, the Buffaloes aren't ranked. They come in at #27 in the others receiving votes section. But they will have an opportunity to jump into the Top 25 very quickly when they take on #26 Baylor in the opening game of the season.

In fact, Colorado is going to have plenty of chances this year to prove how good they are with a schedule that has shaped up to be one of the best in the country.

Check it out. The Buffs take on:

#26 Baylor
#32 Harvard
#6 Kansas
#12 Oklahoma State
#46 Georgia
#23 UCLA
#5 Arizona
#44 Arizona State
#18 Oregon
#34 California

That is one hell of a schedule
