Colorado Buffaloes unveil new uniforms before taking on Nebraska

The Colorado Buffaloes are set to take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers in a rekindling of a historic rivalry. Viewers from around the country will tune in to FOX at 10 a.m. MT to see the Buffs in some new uniforms.

Those would be black jerseys with black helmets and white pants. Those are not gold helmets, nor are the pants black or gold. I don’t know why they would do this for the Nebraska game when the traditional uniforms would be better.

It’s a bit strange that the Buffs will look more like the 1990s Atlanta Falcons than the 1990s Colorado Buffaloes. Maybe that’s an intentional thing for Deion Sanders to say that his legacy is worth more than the history of the Buffs. Or maybe it means nothing and I’m messing around trying to get to 150 words so this post shows up on Google News.
