On the latest episode of the At the Buzzer podcast, Jack Barsch and Sam Metivier discuss the Colorado Buffaloes’ near upset of the 5th-ranked Texas A&M Aggies.
The Buffaloes put on an incredible defensive display and scraped together some early points, but failed to build their first half lead. There’s lot that went right and lots than went wrong and we try to figure that out. (Good: Nate Landman. Bad: Darrin Chiaverini.)
The Aggies eventually scored the winning touchdown, proving that even that kind of defensive effort can end in a loss if the offense doesn’t figure things out. It’s difficult to project the rest of the season for the Buffs, keeping alive the question of bowl eligibility in Karl Dorrell’s second season.
Later on the pod, we bring in Jon Woods to discuss the rest of the Pac-12 (everyone is bad except Oregon and maybe UCLA) and make fun of the Texas Longhorns.
