Pod: The All-Time Pac-12 Basketball Team

Jack and Sam draft the best players in conference history.

On the latest episode of At the Buzzer, Jack and Sam draft a team of the greatest players in Pac-12 history. For this draft, we have to choose 11 players and 1 coach, one from each of the Pac-12 schools. One-and-dones are fine, so are players from the ‘70s, as well as fan-favorites who might not belong of these rosters.

We also want to have a poll of which team is better, so (spoiler alert) here’s what the teams came out to be, listed in order of role:

Jack:

  • G — Jason Kidd, California
  • G — O.J. Mayo, USC
  • G — Brandon Roy, Washington
  • F — Keith van Horn, Utah
  • C — Brook Lopez, Stanford
  • Coach — John Wooden, UCLA
  • F — Derrick Williams, Arizona
  • G — Payton Pritchard, Oregon
  • G — Fat Lever, Arizona State
  • G — Scott Wedman, Colorado
  • F — A.C. Green, Oregon State
  • F — Don Collins, Washington State
