Green Bay Packers offensive lineman David Bakhtiari sent out a heartfelt message about the spread of Covid-19, better known as the Coronavirus via Twitter on Sunday.
“We can get through this and we will get through this,” the former Colorado Buffalo said about the current world health crisis. “There are a few things we can do on an individual level that can help out. Washing your hands for at least 20 seconds, practicing social distancing— especially avoiding public gatherings, as well as just staying indoors.”
We all can do our part.

Although no NFL current players have tested positive for Covid-19, New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton was the league’s first representative to become ill with the deathly virus last week. The NFL Draft which was scheduled next month in Las Vegas was cancelled and moved by the league to a “studio only” broadcast format, presumably without prospects in attendance.
Bakhtiari enters his eighth year with Packers accumulating a total of 106 career starts. The All-Pro lineman coming off a career-year in Green Bay with his second career Pro Bowl appearance.
