The Philadelphia Eagles added wide receiver Devin Ross to their 90-man roster on Tuesday.
The former Colorado Buffaloes undrafted free agent spent a portion of the 2018 season on the Tennessee Titans practice squad, but suffered an ankle injury during preseason and was released after the start of the season. Ross left with six receptions for 80 yards in four preseason games for the Titans.
As a three-year starter at CU, Ross gathered 140 receptions for 1,621 yards and nine touchdowns; finishing in the top-20 in school history for all three categories.
He’ll battle for one of the Eagles’ two remaining receiver spots, as the teams is likely to carry six receivers on the final 53-man roster come September. Among the thirteen receivers on Philadelphia’s roster is a trio of former Pac-12 receivers— DeSean Jackson (Cal), J.J. Arcega-Whiteside (Stanford), and Nelson Agholor (USC).
Ross will participate in Eagles minicamp through June 11.
