He has great bloodlines, but he stands on his own.

Jerry Rice now has a child that is committed to playing wide receiver for the Colorado Buffaloes. That is the one and only mention of Jerry Rice you will see in this article. Because Brenden Rice is more than just a legend’s kid. He is a great receiver in his own right and a huge coup for the Colorado Buffaloes.

Brenden Rice goes to Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona, a powerhouse in the West. He is a big target at WR, weighing in at 6’2 and over 200 pounds. He has been a main target for the past two years, which helped him grab a lot of attention on the recruiting trail. Rice has offers from Michigan, Arizona State, UCLA, Oregon, California, Arizona, Iowa State, Nebraska, Ole Miss, the list goes on.

Rice is a smooth athlete in his tape. For how big he is, he makes a lot of quick moves in space to get himself some more yards and grab some yards after catch. At his size, he is physically ready to play in college, and with how polished he is, expect him to contribute early.

Welcome, Brenden!
