The Colorado Buffaloes have focused most of their recruiting efforts on California and Texas, but they still look for the locals kids. This commitment comes from Jake Wiley, an offensive guard from Eaglecrest High School in Aurora, Colorado

Wiley is a 6’5, 250-lbs. guard who demonstrates a solid blend of strength and quickness, both of which are must-haves for CU guards. Wiley would probably need a redshirt year to build on his frame — typical for offensive linemen — but he’s a promising recruit who the Buffs will develop in due time.
Wiley is listed as a 3-star recruit. He has offers from Oklahoma State, Arizona State and Colorado State. The Buffs should be ecstatic with this commitment.
Another interesting bit about Wiley that he's high school teammates with offensive tackle Barrett Miller, who is Colorado's last remaining in-state target.
Welcome, Jake!
