Perhaps the steal of the second round came when the Atlanta Falcons selected Colorado Buffaloes cornerback Isaiah Oliver with the 58th overall pick.
With the 58th pick, we have selected CB Isaiah Oliver from Colorado.

Welcome to the Brotherhood, @_isaiah_oliver_!#InBrotherhood pic.twitter.com/tMa58yh7tC
Oliver is the fourth CU defensive back to be drafted in the last two years, joining Chidobe Awuzie (2nd round, Dallas Cowboys), Ahkello Witherspoon (3rd round, San Francisco 49ers) and Tedric Thompson (4th round, Seattle Seahawks). Oliver is also the first CU player taken by Atlanta since 1991, when the Falcons used the 13th overall pick to select wide receiver Mike Pritchard.
From CU’s #MoneyGang to the Atlanta Falcons #Brotherhood, here’s how some of Oliver’s former coaches and teammates reacted to the news:
Congrats you will do awesome!
