Bummer news for Buffaloes running back Christian Powell out of the Pittsburgh Steelers rookie minicamp over the weekend. Powell was among the first round of players cut according to Ed Bouchette. Four players received contracts, including running back Brandon Brown-Dukes. Undrafted players at this stage in the process usually only get a few shots to catch on with a team so hopefully Powell will have an opportunity to tryout elsewhere.
