National Signing Day 2015: Lyle Tuiloma is a Colorado Buffalo!

The final EXPECTED signee of the 2015 class (there could be more!)

Chris Humphreys-USA TODAY Sports

Tuiloma is quite a story He is from a lightly recruited part of the islands and was relatively undiscovered until he was seen by coaches at the Maximum Exposure Camp last June. The Colorado coaches must have liked what they saw as an offer was subsequently presented. He has had a rough upbringing, but he didn't let that stop him from realizing his dreams. He was profiled here by BuffStampede. Bound to be a fan favorite due to relentlessness and such a fantastic story, Lyle was a great under the radar pickup. You can read his bio here on

Welcome aboard, Lyle!

Notes: From Rivals ($): "I'd rather play on the outside than inside, but if they're looking at me on the inside I can ball on the inside too. I don't mind playing D-tackle, it's fun, double teams coming at you. It's nothing I can't handle," Tuiloma said.

"I can play O-line too, but I really don't recommend it. If the team needs me there, for me it's all about bonding with my teammates and playing wherever the team needs me. ... We only have about 20-something guys on our team that are playing. On our roster we had about 40, but about half of them quit. Our coach, Keala Watson, he doesn't cut anyone they cut themselves. So if you see 40 guys listed, that's a lie."
