George King Becomes the Final Member of the Buffaloes 2013 Class

Tad Boyle has landed another under the radar San Antonio basketball commit. Roberson 2.0?

Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Deja vu? Tad Boyle has added a final member tot he 2013 recruiting class and he's an under the radar small forward from the San Antonio area. George King had been largely ignored throughout his high school career, but a three-inch growth spurt and dominent senior season earned him offers from Gonzaga, Texas and UTEP, in addition to Colorado. King is already almost 6'6 and he could continue growing another inch or two.

Boyle has earned every ounce of trust we have with his recruiting and it can be assumed that odds are high that King will wind up being a steal. This makes Boyle 4-for-4 on visits and commits in this class. Incredible.

Welcome aboard, George!

Notes:
From Rivals:
"George is a strong built forward who can explode at the rim. He is long and athlete and can hit the open three, drain the mid-range jumper, and take smaller guards off the block. He has good skills and will mix it up on the glass. He plays above the rim and is a double-double threat when he hits the court."
