Just when you think Tad Boyle cannot get any better, news breaks that reportedly two five-star recruits are now visting Boulder on the same weekend. Aaron Gordon, who is ranked as the best player in California by ESPN and the 6th best player in the nation, is now planning to take a trip to Colorado with Jabari Bird, another five star recruit from California on September 8th.
It's very unlikely that either of these recruits would come here to play basketball, however, after a visit, anything could happen. As for Gordon, he's listed at 6'7" and 215 pounds and can play either forward position. He also has offers from Kentucky, Kansas, and Pac-12 schools Washington, Oregon, and Arizona, but it seems that he's leaning towards staying on the West Coast. His decision could change at anytime, and he is considering going to the same school as Jabari Bird. They are planning to visit Washington together as well. Just to have both of them visit is absurd, and if they come here, although there's a small chance, might as well put up a statue of Boyle in front of the Coors Event Center.
