CU Buffs' Shalaya Kipp wins NCAA steeplechase - Buffzone - Turns out the third time was the charm for the University of Colorado's Shalaya Kipp on Friday night. The CU junior won the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships to become the third Buff in school history to win the event. Kipp was already a two-time All-American in the event.
