West Virginia Mountaineers at Texas Tech Red Raiders (+4)
Vegas did see the OU - Tech game last week right? This is one of those classic trap games, the one where your friends send you an email when the lines come out and tell you how much money they are going to make. The line looks like this for a reason. All of the money is on the Mountaineers. Second big road game in a row for WVU while Tech stays home to figure out what went wrong against the Sooners. Guns up.

Wisconsin Badgers at Purdue Boilermakers (-2.5)
Betting on the state of Indiana one more time. This is the game this week with the biggest "Vegas swing", the line started as a pick-em and has moved two and a half in the Boilermakers direction. Well over 75% of the money is with the Badgers and the public last saw Purdue getting blown out by Michigan. Boilermakers it is.

Akron Zips (+21) at Ohio Bobcats
Akron is very bad. Let's get that out first and foremost. However, the Bobcats have been scraping by some pretty poor teams (UMASS and Buffalo) and that is going to catch up to them soon. It won't be this week, but the Zips will keep it within the 21 points.

Texas A&M Aggies at Louisiana Tech Bulldogs (+7.5)
Once the schedules came out, I waited the entire offseason to make my opening night bet on the Bulldogs. Due to the game being cancelled because of weather I had to delay that pick. Now here we are. Lousiana Tech has been as good or better than expected while the Aggies have moved into the rankings after the opening loss to Florida. HUGE game for the Bulldogs at home. We'll take the 7.5.
