The University of Colorado regents are meeting today to discuss "athletic conference negotiations" and will helpfully get closer to a decision on if the move to the Pac-10 will come in 2011 or 2012. **Update Added** 9:45 am: Chip Brown is now reporting that he is hearing that CU will be making the move to the Pac-10 in 2011
