Reed had offers from Iowa State, CSU and San Diego State and had drawn interest from Boise State and Oregon but was planning to accept a preferred walk-in role at USC. Reed is a stand-up defensive end and is currently still in Colorado visiting the campus. He will enroll and start classes in the spring semester.
