An interesting article on the art and science of rebuilding a program

I would've liked to hear from more coaches that weren't from Hayden Fry's coaching tree, but it's still very informative. If you have roughly 5 hours to read it, I think you'll see a lot of philosophies that are consistent with Coach MacIntyre's. One thing that struck me was the coaches talking about twas pride. Pride with their teammates and pride with their facilities means pride in their programs. Players didn't want to go to class because of how their classmates thought about them. I feel like that was a huge part of MacIntyre's CARE campaign from last year. At any rate, it gives me a lot more hope than I had before reading the article
