Colorado Receives A Verbal From 2012 California RB/DB Erich Wilson
Rivals.com is reporting that the Colorado Buffaloes have pulled in their eleventh recruit of the 2012 class by receiving a verbal commitment from San Mateo (California) running back Erich Wilson. P. The 2012 class now includes 3 wide receivers, 3 running backs, 1 quarterback, 2 defensive tackles, 1 offensive lineman, and 1 linebacker. Not a lot is currently known about Erich, he is a track guy with some impressive numbers. Below the profile are some impressive highlight videos. More to come as we find more information on him. With three running backs now in this class, you wonder if one of three will be moving to the defensive side of the ball to play defensive back. Welcome aboard Erich!

He's looking to play CB
according to recruiting guru Adam Munstersteiger and Kyle Ringo of the BDC. Either way, kid looks like he has some wheels and good size. Would make a great project for Coach Brown to work his magic on.
Looks fast and hits the holes pretty quick.
Interesting that he doesn’t seem to have bunch of press about him.
there are approximately eleventy million Junipero Serra high schools in CA, probably second to schools named after St. Ignatius Loyola. For the record, it’s pronounced hoo-NIP-ero, which is stupid.
Look, I've already told Utah to suck it. There's no going back now.
this has been your Fun and Interesting Fact of the Day
even though it’s not particularly fun. Or interesting.

I just figured Hoo-nip-aero was a football factory since a lot of recruits come out of that HS name
Didn’t realize it the equivelent of George Washington HS…. Didn’t he introduce measles to the native Californian’s in 1600’s?
I don't know about that
But I’m willing to spread the rumor. God I hate JSerra (of San Juan Capistrano). Nothing but rich assholes. Scott Boras and several others donated $1 million each to the baseball program. They threw big money after swimming coaches too, and just gave $200k and 4 scholarships to a damn lacrosse coach. Eff JSerra.

Looks like he could be a good fit at CB
He doesn’t seem to like contact based off his highlight video.
Walter Sobchak: "Also, let's not forget - let's *not* forget, Dude - that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for uh, domestic, you know, within the city - that aint legal either. "
Tough to guess
Sounds like he’d be a red-shirt for sure unless he tears it up at CB as a senior. I’d hope CU could sell at least a 4 star CB or S prospect on coming in and starting in 2012.
