The Ralphie Report Guide To Boulder: Nominate Best Upscale Dinner, Vote Best Pizza

To help welcome our new Pac-12 friends in their pilgrimage's to Boulder we are creating The Ralphie Report Guide To Boulder.
So here's how this will work. On the dates you see below we will be taking nominations for entries into each of the categories below. You'll have two days to nominate per category. After two days I will put up the nomination post for the next category and include a poll for the previous one. The top three vote getters in each category will be featured in the guide so don't be afraid to offer up some different nominations and make sure to come back and vote in each category. The timing of this will take us right into fall practice. We're getting close...

Nominations
Frasca, The Kitchen, Flagstaff House, Jax Fish House, The Med
The Ralphie Report - Covering the Colorado Buffaloes on SBNation - http://www.ralphiereport.com/
Also want to throw out Boulder Cork
Its not on Pearl so probably doesn’t get the respect it deserves but just an awesome meal.
Frasca Hands down x 2
Great food, great wine list!
Frasca
I could also get behind Jax, but I feel like, if this is a guide for the Pac 12, there’s better seafood to be had on the West Coast. Same thing goes for Mexican and SoCal/ AZ
Look, I've already told Utah to suck it. There's no going back now.
I'm going to need another ruling
I’d like to nominate The Fort down in Morrison, because it’s very good and extremely unique, especially for our new West Coast pals, who probably aren’t used to a lot of game (get the Rocky Mountain Oysters!). Is that too far to qualify?

Yea, i think too far.
Could be in the Sunday to-do’s category though
The Ralphie Report - University of Colorado Athletics
SB Nation Denver
In addition to The Med (& The Fort, which is ridiculous)
I want to nominate Aji. It’s a newish play on Pearl at 16th that has an excellent Latin American menu

Mateo, Radda, The Kitchen
Mateo is a great little Italian place, needs a reservation. Radda is another Italian place, reasonably priced, fantastic food; it’s in No. Boulder in the Marketplace. And I can’t believe the Kitchen isn’t already up here.
