Isn't this #15, since we also got that Kicker?

Or did somebody decommit?

Also, any idea what position he’ll be playing? DB/S maybe?

huh. mkay then.

looks like we might get to add Parker and Creer to that list as well, which would be nice.

Klatt?

I believe Klatt said a week or two ago that there are a couple of silent commits out there that won’t be announcing until signing day. Has anyone heard more abut that? Are those names reflected on the list above?

Man, I hate that I am traveling on Wed.

I think that is just wishful thinking on Klatts part

I think we’ll get the above and a couple of the others that have visited recently (Creer, Parker and Lucien and Willingham) but I don’t see any real superstar surprises that would have previously silently committed to the program.

It will be interesting to see what Klatt says this Wednesday

if we don’t get Willingham or Lucien, what will he say? Klatt probably did more bad than good with that comment for Embree.

Creer and Parker would be a nice way to round out the class

Anyone after that is icing on the cake. I know we haven’t addressed all of our needs but we got some needed depth at DB and LB. I think our biggest concern next season will be on defense. Offensively we didn’t lose much. McKnight will be missed but with the right offensive scheme Richardson and Clemons should have be much improved. Cefalo showed some signs of fitting the McKnight mold.

Clark- ATH (FB/LB?)
Washington- ATH (CB)
Harrington- CB
Henderson- CB/KR
Dorman- QB
Burnette- QB
Hall- RB
Kelley- C
Mustoe- OL
Alex Lewis- OT (Grey shirted last year) I think he is our “15th” recruit
Oliver- K
Spruce- WR
Tuumalo- LB
Daigh- LB
Greer- LB

Cefalo?

Wouldn’t be surprised if he isn’t back. Hawk loved undersized guys that work hard. The new staff, judging by the size of the guys that have verbally committed, are looking to get bigger and faster and have mentioned several times about trying to get the best players on the field. Just not sure where that leaves him.

Also, schematically, I think you’ll see a lot more use of the tight ends for underneath stuff than someone lining up in the slot.

I hope we use the TE more

CU has a tradition (last 20 years, since I’ve been following) of producing NFL caliber tight ends. Hopefully that means we will see more running with the TE leaking out on play action.

What does our depth look like at WR? After Clemons and Richardson I’m not sure who is left. Any idea if Jefferson will be moving back? Darden would be my guess but what do I know and he hasn’t seen the field yet. Cefalo and Espinoza are the only other receivers to record a catch last year ( 6 for 35 and 1 for 13 respectively). Regardless we are going to need help from a newcomer.

ummm...

With JE as our head coach I would be SHOCKED if we didn’t use the tight ends more… you know, given his background and all.
