The Buffs new strength coach thinks beyond pure strength (and that is good)


Check out this story on Buff Zone about Blacken and his approach to strength training and how it differs from the previous regime.  I couldn't agree more with his philosophy as I've known plenty of guys that would focus on power but not be able to translate it well to a wide range of movement.  So many athletes get hurt because they don't focus on flexibility and range of movement.  I really really want next season to start right now.
