Scotty McNight
Out of curiosity... I have heard that Scotty was injured, is he healthy for this weekend's game? If so, what is the outlook on his production? I have watched him over the years and although I am a Texas fan I have enjoyed watching him produce against good teams. I have'nt heard much about him this preseason and was just curious what his status was. I appreciate your input, and I have to say I am said to see Colorado leave the Big 12. Good luck in the Pac ? "what ever they're gonna call it".

No injuries of which we know
Personally, I expect him to have a big year. We just hope he plays the role of a traditional slot/ possession receiver, instead of as our only threat, which is what he’s been in the past. The dude is just a straight football player, and I for one will be proud to have him as our all time leading receiver, despite the circumstances in which that occurred.
Here’s a good profile, if you’re interested: http://www.denverpost.com/colleges/ci_15979529

He injured his ankle in the Spring
but he was back at 100% all fall. He should be one of our top receivers this season.

Had a good article on Scotty today. Just a solid football player and a great person. Glad that he is a Buff and I expect he’ll have another great season – but he gets a good shot to make it in the NFL.

Forgot to mention that although I’m glad that we’re headed to the PAC 12 I am mad at myself for never making it to Austin for a game. Someday.

It's an interesting place to watch a game
Maybe it’s just where I sat for the CU game last year (in the nosebleeds with old UT fans) but they have way more disparaging comments for their own team than they do for the opponents. They all sound like old ball coaches.. the wives, too.
