Just when we thought things were moving in the right direction, Kyle Ringo of the Boulder Daily Camera from inside the building where the CU regents were meeting tweeted this:

@ KyleRingo - CU does not have an invitation from any other conference. Meeting is over.

@KyleRingo - Smoke but no fire here. No pending announcements. Basically administrators got advice from their lawyers about different scenarios.

I doubt the regents would tell him anything different at this point in time. We will see tomorrow.
