What are your thoughts on the money situation? Are the alumni going to fund-raise to help with the buyout? Remember the plan last year for 50 alumni to each donate 1 Million each? What is going on with that?We do not have the richest fan base, but we can do this. There needs to be a major push for renewed support for CU.

I sincerely hope that this move can help reinvigorate the fan base. Buffs fans...the perception is that we are flaky. Perception is often reality. We need to prove these people wrong. All of these wonderful Pac 10 schools are going to be coming to Boulder and vice versa. This needs to shine more light on this program. We need to support them even more than we did back in the early 90's.

BTW, it was classy that CU Officials and the Colorado state legislature did not get into a war of words with people who evidently change their shoes and stories as quickly as possible when things don't go their way. You know who I mean.

Chip Brown appears to be an unofficial spokesperson for Texas and his article explaining the winners and loser is terrible. Everything he says puts a UT spin on it.
