Very scary.  Just based on the money (I'm sure they could pay him double what he's making here) and prestige of the job it is an absolute no-brainer for him to take the Wake job if offered.  His daughter goes there too. 

For some reason though I kind of bet he stays.  Seem like he likes Colorado and next season is his chance to show that he's finally getting things turned around.  Either way he gets a pay bump, which kind of sucks because I liked the idea of him "earning" his extension and raise (like giving it to him if we have a good year next season).  Probably also means that Lappe will now definitely get the ladies job because they can pay her peanuts.
