Klatt and CJ were talking about this. They mentioned it is imperative the new hire be ready to go with his staff as of December 1st to get the earliest jump on recruiting.

I think we are all wondering what kind of timeline Bohn is working on and if this is any indication, it would mean we would have a coach, or at least an announcement, by the end of the month. 

Is this common to have a staff in place before the brunt of bowl season starts after a firing?
