From Kyle Ringo's Live chat of the Daily Camera he mentions this statement.

"And I also think some people need a reality check on how appealing the CU job actually is. I think it is more appealing right now because the Buffs are going into the Pac-12, but this isn't a job people are dying to have because coaches talk to each other and the word is out on how there are a lot of hurdles to winning here."

Why is the Colorado football job not appealing?  Why are big-time college assistants not interested in this job? To me there is A LOT to sell for this program and this University to recruits.
