CU Culture

Good things come to those who wait. Good things come to those who have good values. Good things come to those that believe. The problem with the CU football program right now is that it is in the middle of  a big cultural change.  People hate change. Again, people hate change. When people finally receive change, they expect great results and relief.  The reality is that it will get worse before it gets better. That is what happened to CU this year. Cultural change is difficult and takes a lot of time. So whoever is blasting the fact that our head coach sucks and all the other negativity. Good for you. You hate change and it is ok. We all hate change. Its the leaders that are willing to do what is right and stick to their beliefs and change the culture. I believe in the coach and understand his task at hand. He is creating a culture that is going to help the CU football program be successful for many years ahead.

So have fun and smash the heck out of my comments!
