Eric Lawson is light????

I have been looking at the 2009 Spring Depth Chart and 2009 Buff Roster and it shows Eric Lawson as 6-3 and 250 lbs.  Throughout all of the depth charts in 2008 he is listed at 6-3 and 280 lbs.  How can a Nose Tackle lose 30 lbs in six months?  This is a position that requires some size and a 250 lbs  NT sounds extremely light.   Any center or guard in the Big 12 would laugh themselves silly going up against a 250 pounder. Any insight as to why Eric is so light? And if that is his true size, shouldn’t he move to the outside?  I know he is not starting but it is weird that a 250lbs NT could be backed up by a 260lbs Inside Linebacker (Marcus Burton)….

Good spot

I have no idea what this is all about. i will ask around to see if anybody has any insight. Hopefully it is just a typo because last year’s roster has him at 280, like you said.
