Former Duke Basketball Player, Greg Paulus, Now Visiting Nebraska
Well, I could see this coming from a mile away after it came out yesterday that former Miami quarterback Robert Marve favored Purdue over Nebraska and a few other schools. Nebraska is very intent on bring in another quarterback.

I wonder how quickly they were on the phone to Mustain's mom after he got bumped to third string
They should just take out an ad ion Rivals:
“Are you a QB with more ego than arm?” Come to NU!
also, I kind of get the impression that Paulus is treating this situation the way so many spoiled white kids do after college when they don’t know what to do with his life. This is his version of backpacking through Europe.
I have no problem with him going around looking for an opportunity
to play. Got that talent, go for it but it is getting a little old now. Syracuse was supposed to be a done deal, Michigan supposedly wanted him…I wish the story would just go away but that probably isnt going to happen anytime soon.
Mitch Mustain mention! I can only imagine what his next move is…better go to Cal Poly or Sam Houston State so he can actually start.

no, I don't have a problem with it either
and I probably shouldn’t lump him in with malcontents like Marve and Mustain. I just wonder what his plan is.
If he goes to Michigan- that’s not to get ready to be an NFL QB. He’s not better than Pat White, who did it for 4 years, and there are significant questions as to whether he’s a pro QB. If he goes to Syracuse… well I don’t know what. But that team sucks, and I can’t imagine that he comes in and makes himself an NFL candidate in a year. Nebraska’s a bit of a better opportunity, I guess. Let me just say this- he doesn’t have prototypical size by a long shot, so if he turns himself into an NFL prospect in basically 6 months, then he made a terrible decision to play basketball. Either that or pro scouts are putting far too much stock in high school reputations (which I kind of think applies to Matt Stafford, but that’s a different discussion). In fact his best chance to turn into an NFL QB might be to go to USC, where he would basically be a QB intern in an NFL offense, or another school like North Carolina or Tennessee, where they run pro style offenses.
Actually, Paulus- here’s your spot: SAN DIEGO STATE. San Diego is awesome, Brady Hoke likes to chuck the ball around, and none of their QBs have any more experience in his offense than you do. Plus it’s not in a BCS conference, so there’s less competition. Hooray! I solved it!

If Matt Stafford played at K-State
and Josh Freeman at Georgia after all that hype coming out of HS, I think their draft positions are reversed. I still can’t believe people were so high on Stafford. How you can consistently overthrow a 6’4’’ receiver as lanky as A.J. Green is beyond me. Him running a pro-style offense is great, except HE DIDN’T RUN IT VERY WELL. The NFL may never, ever make sense to me. At least it’s better than the NBA.

I agree with that big time.
San Diego St would be a great spot for him.

Sam Houston State can suck it.
SFA FTW.

It doesn't get better than SD!!
graduated from CU and moved to SD, can it get any better?? but PLEASE let him be the starter at Nebraska. I’d love them to throw in a guy who hasn’t played for 4 years and only has one to play
