What The Heck is going on with this program??
Well, this is just icing on the buff cake. When a number one recruit in the country doesn't play and then transfers, When the number one play maker on the team transfers, when a freshman all-american lineman transfers, something must be going on inside this program. Wheather it is in the coaches meetings on a daily basis or pre game meetings, there has got to be some serious internal problems here that nobody is publishing. You get the state's number one ranked player for three years, and that still isn't good enough to win. Where is this program headed and how are you going to get 4 or 5 star players with what has happened in the last two years??

All great programs have players transfer
This just signals that we have made it……..Another recruit transferring to another floundering program. Can’t wait to see how Hawk and Bohn spin this one.

yeah, that hasn't been mentioned all that much
Smith and Scott can’t wait to get the hell out of Boulder to transfer to… wait for it… UCLA, and they suck! Well, not as bad as us, but it’s not like they’re going somewhere where they’re gonna challenge for national titles or something.

We all know
Slick Rick will do for UCLA what he did for the CU program.
The pride and tradition of the Colorado Buffaloes will not be entrusted to the timid or the weak.

I interviewed Mike Bohn my junior year
And came away perplexed. He’s a snake oil salesman if there ever was one. I met and saw Hawkins speak on many occasions, and I was totally sold on him. I even called a national championship within 5 years. I’m no athlete, but I understand the power of a positive, motivating character, and that’s exactly what Hawkins is. Unfortunately, you can’t motivate speed, or instincts. To his credit— he alway points this BS out— the team doesn’t quit. They’re just not prepared, and they’re not talented.
With the way the University treats athletics in general (we don’t have a baseball team, let alone a hockey or wrestling squad!), I would hope Bohn would step down and realize that this is tantamount to program suicide. Once the boosters stop bringing in money, you’re looking at the end (literally!) of CU football.

sounds like good things!!
An inside source says the sparrow is gone, as in “get the hell out of here!” Some heavy pocketed alum are trying to get the monies together to get this fraud out of town, then Bohn’s next ! It might take us a few more years to get this team going again, but this Notre Dame wannabe will be gone, who gives a shit !
