Oklahoma RB DeMarco Murray to Have Surgery - Out For the BCS National Championship Game
Oklahoma running back DeMarco Murray will undergo surgery on Dec. 22, and will not play in the 2008 BCS National Championship Game. The sophomore has a partial rupture of a hamstring tendon in his left leg.

thats the one thing I hoped for both teams that everyone could be healthy.
Thats too bad I would love to see Murray against that SEC speed defense

Probably about the same as he did against the best defenses he faced this year
0.9 ypc vs. Texas and 1.8 ypc vs. TCU. Mind you, I don’t think Florida’s defense is as good as either of those teams, but they are in the SEC, so they must be speedy.
