Colorado vs Texas A&M Video Highlights

This is a good set of highlights. About 10 minutes that will let you know exactly what happened.

-Good run by Darrell Scott
-Hey, a screen pass to Sumler worked, let's do that some more.
-Josh Smith's drop was really bad.
-Really bad interceptions by Hansen and Hawkins.
-Can we use TE Riar Geer some more?
-DT George Hypolite really played well.
-We should have been able to knock away at least one of those Jerrod Johnson touchdown passes.

D Scott

Watching that 42 yarder is enough proof for me, that I would give him 30 carries against Iowa State

run him until his legs fall off is my opinion. let him loose. give him a fullback and roll

Agreed. He is bound to break one every once and awhile. What do we have to lose at this point.

Can you imagine

if we could somehow sneak Brandon Drumm back into the FB position? Scott would be a MONSTER.

goodman

was that a 48 yrder i think i read off the screen.

What a leg, that would have been good from 60 if it was.

Just needs a little accuracy

Seriously!

I know he’s missed a shitload of kicks, but that 48 yarder hit off the TOP of the post. I know, I know, it’s about kicks going in, but damn…

ya, i still love the guy

Its not like hes shanking them 30 yrds right and left, give him this yr to work it out, we aren’t going anywhere anyway

by roxbombers on Nov 4, 2008 10:59 PM MST   0 recs

I forget if you're the one who knows him or something

and I don’t want to offend you personally, but it doesn’t matter if he shanks it by 30 yards or hits the post every time, you get zero points either way, and it is killing us by having a kicker that we can’t count on to even make a chip shot. He is 3/11 for f&*@’s sake, and his makes are from 23, 25, and 32 yards. He is straight-up awful, and I would be shocked if he is our kicker next year.

So, as a team our kickers are 4/12 with a long of 32!! While the opposition has kicked 12/16 against us. We are losing games because of this, and our numbers aren’t including all of the times we’ve gone for it on 4th because we know he’ll miss anyway.

Davis didn’t exactly drill that 30 yarder either, it was just inside the post.

Like I said earlier

I realize that it’s all about making kicks, but the kid has a leg. I think we should just keep letting him kick this season. You never know when the light bulb will come on and he’ll start nailing ’em.

First time seeing Hansen

This is my first time seeing Hansen throw the ball. His arm strength looks head and shoulders above Hawkins and really adds something if you can stretch the field. I don’t know why you wouldn’t let him take 90% of the snaps the rest of the season because he definitely looks like the guy atleast as far as next season goes..
