I dont think Penn State should be ranked above Utah and USC. Considering

the Big 10 and now that Oregon State might be a legitimate loss, Penn State shouldnt be 5. Florida State is too high, Boise State way too low

How can Penn State be below USC? They SMOKED Oregon State, USC lost to em. Again, against Oregon State Utah scraped by and won on a last second TD drive, just like they did against TCU.
Penn State’s best win – @ Ohio State
USC’s best win – Ohio State
Utah’s best win – TCU

Penn State should def be ranked the highest out of those three.
A team that struggles to beat Nevada doesn’t get to be in the top 15. Boise just isn’t that good.
